Boy with Filipino mother, Malaysian father fails to get citizenship after apex court dismisses appeal

An 11-year-old boy who was born illegitimately to a Filipino mother and a Malaysian father failed to get his citizenship in a narrow four to three margin, after the Federal Court dismissed an appeal by him and his parents.
