KUALA LUMPUR (March 30): BP Healthcare Group is offering special rates to all Enrich members of Malaysia Airlines Bhd for Covid-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and other health screening tests at BP Healthcare centres.

Vice president of BP Healthcare Group, Garvy Beh, said the collaboration will enable Enrich members to travel with peace of mind.

Beh stated the purpose of the collaboration is expected to help revive the airline and tourism industries in Malaysia.

“It is important we ensure that precautionary SOPs (standard operating procedures) are in place to ensure safe cross-border travels,” he highlighted.

He added BP Healthcare has conducted more than 1.5 million reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) tests since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, BP Healthcare’s Doctor2U has facilitated 1.5 million RT-PCR screening bookings from various organisations since March of last year.

BP Healthcare will be providing free and subsidised RT-PCR and other health screening tests for the elderly, disabled communities, police force and students through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes according to Beh’s statement.

“BP Healthcare will continue to run such CSR programmes for the rest of the year,” he said.
