SHANGHAI: According to a statement filed with the Hong Kong stock exchange, China Huarong Asset Management Co Ltd is unable to identify when to publish its 2020 earnings reports, delaying its shareholder meeting. “In light of the current circumstances, the auditors will require additional information and time to complete the relevant audit processes for the audit of the guarantor’s and company’s financial information for the year ended December 31, 2020,” the statement added.
