KUALA LUMPUR, 30 JUNE: From tomorrow, from 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will open service counters at its branch offices around the country for specified services.
The decision was made to meet the needs of members who require its services while also balancing the health and safety of the company’s employees and members who visit the branch offices.
The pension fund stated in a statement today that the selected services include withdrawals for those aged 50, 55, and 60, withdrawals for health reasons or death, and collection of a payment order (PO) or banker’s check.
“Members must schedule their appointments using Janji Temu Online (JTO) at www.kwsp.gov.my/janjitemu,” it stated, adding that the EPF would contact them to arrange for the PO and banker’s cheque pickup for their withdrawals.
To expedite and facilitate services, members are encouraged to use the EPF’s online services, i-Akaun (Member) and i-Akaun (Employer).
Those who require additional information should contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-8922 6000 or visit the EPF’s website at www.kwsp.gov.my.
