Hatten Land subsidiary obtains interim protection against creditors pending appeal

The Court of Appeal has granted a subsidiary of Singapore-based Hatten Land Ltd, MDSA Resources Sdn Bhd, an interim protection order to restrain its creditors from taking action against it.
