REUTERS/File Photo/Issei Kato TOKYO, Japan (Reuters) – Consumer confidence in Japan increased in June, according to the government, following the lifting of coronavirus state-of-emergency restrictions in Tokyo and other places earlier this month. According to a Cabinet Office study, the general household attitude index, which includes views on earnings and jobs, was 37.4 in June, up from 34.1 in May.
