Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows is cooperating with the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot, his attorney told CNN, in a significant flip from his earlier stance of not complying with a subpoena requesting documents and a deposition from the high-ranking Trump Administration official.
