On Monday, Snap Inc (NYSE: SNAP) announced that an issue with the current version of its social-media app Snapchat on Apple Inc’s (NASDAQ: AAPL) App Store has been resolved.
What happened was this: In a post on Twitter, the Santa Monica, California-based social media business said it is working on a solution.
We’re aware of a problem with the most recent version of Snapchat, which is accessible on the App Store. Keep your fingers crossed; we’re looking into it and working on a solution!

Snap users responded to the company’s tweet with videos revealing how the app no longer works on their iPhones following the recent update and keeps crashing.
The corporation did not disclose any additional information about the problem, instead directing users to the support team for assistance.
According to Snap, the problem is limited to Apple’s iOS and iPadOS App Store for mobile apps.
Snap shares were down 2.2 percent on Monday, closing at $66.22.
