(Reuters) – HANOI, June 29 (Reuters) – VietJet Aviation (VJC.HM), Vietnam’s budget airline, is seeking shareholder approval for plans to sell up to 15% of its stock in a private placement and raise $300 million through an international bond offering, the company said on Tuesday.
