The judge assigned to hear the US$1.402 billion lawsuit filed by 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) against fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho (Jho Low), his father Tan Sri Larry Low Hock Peng, sister Low May Lin and accomplice Eric Tan Kim Loong has recused himself from hearing the case.
