Exxon Mobil Corp. said Wednesday it is selling its global Santoprene business to Celanese Corp. for $1.15 billion. Santoprene is a vulcanized polymer alloy that is used in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, small appliances and floorcare.
