Khalid al-Dabbagh, Aramco’s CFO, is expected to resign this week.

Khalid al-Dabbagh, the Saudi Arabian oil giant’s chief financial officer, is set to step down, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the situation.
According to the article, Ziad Al-Murshed will succeed al-Dabbagh, who guided Aramco through its first public offering in 2019.
Bloomberg News reported that Aramco could announce the management shift this week.
According to the report, Al-Dabbagh would join the company’s board of directors and keep his position as chairman of Aramco’s subsidiary Saudi Basic Industries Corp.
Aramco did not respond to a request for comment.
