Amazon’s Jeff Bezos has topped Forbes’ list of the world’s billionaires for a fourth year, edging out Tesla chief Elon Musk, and the magazine says the very, very rich have had a very, very good year, with their total wealth soaring. Julian Satterthwaite reports.
