Ascendas Reit Q1 occupancy falls to 90.6%, rental reversion at 3%

ASCENDAS real estate investment trust (Reit) reported 3 per cent rental reversion in the first quarter, with its portfolio occupancy standing at 90.6 per cent, down from 91.7 per cent in last quarter and the year-ago period.
