Boral has rejected Australia’s Seven Group again, despite upping its bid to $6.6 billion.

Seven Group, a diversified Australian investor, increased its buyout offer for Boral to A$7.40 per share on Tuesday, the latest proposal in a nearly two-month struggle for complete control of the building materials supplier.
