The Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM) needs to provide a clear explanation about the moratorium for middle 40% income group (M40) earners affected by the movement control order (MCO) 3.0, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said.
