Amidst the troubles with the SEC, Binance, the largest crypto exchange, continues to drive through Web 3.0 adoption with the latest initiative, a 10-week Advanced Management Program (AMP) welcoming 23 interns to train and mentor within the Binance workspace. Announced Monday, the latest Binance initiative selected 23 interns from elite universities around the globe from 8,000+ applicants, with a goal to offer them “hands-on experience and training” in the ever-evolving crypto space.

This inaugural summer internship program aims at increasing adoption rates in Web 3 communities and projects while providing young talents with practical knowledge and skills applicable in real-world work environments.

“As leaders in the web 3.0 world, we have a crucial role in fostering and developing the talent needed for our industry’s ongoing success,” said Yi He, Binance co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer.

The 10-week AMP internship will allow the interns to interact with different teams in Binance including Marketing, Customer Service, and Binance Academy to extend their learning opportunities during their time there. AMP also includes training and development elements such as Communications with Impact, Culture Intelligence, and Effective Feedback to enhance their personal and professional skills.

Additionally, the interns will also have mentorship opportunities by experienced project leads who will provide guidance and support throughout the program. They will also have networking opportunities with top executives, managers, project leads, and professionals from Binance and its partners.

On what drive one of the interns to apply, Markus Bergvinson, a student at Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto, said,

“I was inspired to apply for this internship not only because of Binance’s reputation as a leading global cryptocurrency exchange but also by CZ’s leadership in revolutionizing the workplace to create a high-efficiency environment. I was also motivated by how this internship presents the chance to gain real-world experience alongside experts in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry by contributing to Binance’s innovative strategies.”

The program also aims at finding young talents with a passion for Web 3 business and blockchain technology, Yi He stated. The program will equip the interns with vital skills and experiences, helping them nurture their talents and drive the Web 3 industry forward.
