PUTRAJAYA, 6 JULY: Morning markets and farmers’ markets, as well as manual, semi-automatic, and automated vehicle wash services registered by local authorities (PBT), are authorized to operate in states under Phase 2 of the mobility control under the National Recovery Plan (PPN).
These services do not require license to operate through the Covid-19 Intelligent Management System (CIMS), which is maintained by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, according to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) (MITI). It would be sufficient to display a PBT-issued business license instead.
“If their business location requires inter-district or interstate travel, they must get police approval by submitting a business license or hawker permit granted by the relevant PBT,” KPKT stated today in a statement.
Perlis, Perak, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang have already moved on to Phase 2 of the PPN, with Penang following suit tomorrow.
The cleaning work permitted for vehicle washing services, according to KPKT, includes the exterior and inside of the vehicle, the engine, polishing and waxing, as well as antibacterial and mosquito repellent services for the vehicle./nRead More
