On Feb. 17, China Eastern Airlines’ C919 aircraft arrived at Singapore Changi Airport after a nearly 6-hour, approximately 4,200-kilometer non-stop flight, according to state-owned media outlet CCTV News. The aircraft was developed by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China and is set to participate in the Singapore Airshow 2024 from Feb. 20-25. At 8:04 pm Beijing time on Feb. 16, the C919 aircraft, China Eastern Airlines’ first global model, had departed from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and embarked upon its MU299 flight to Singapore.
