BEIJING – China’s commerce ministry said on Friday that retail sales will expand by an average of 5% per year in the 14th five-year plan period, from 2021 to 2025, and goods trade will grow by 2% per year. In an online notice, the ministry also stated that it will look into establishing a pilot zone “to respond to trade frictions” and improving the “unreliable entity list” mechanism.
