HONG KONG — Embattled Chinese developer Country Garden Holdings missed the deadline to release its 2023 annual results, the company said Thursday.
The announcement will result in the suspension of the trading of Country Garden’s Hong Kong-listed shares when the market reopens on Tuesday after the long Easter weekend, the company said in a surprise late-night filing.
