REUTERS: According to a term sheet reviewed by Reuters, Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi Corp would compel 12 banks to lead a US dollar bond issuance. According to the document, the bond issue will be led by Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, China International Capital Corp, CLSA Ltd, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, HSBC, Bank of China, China Construction Bank Corp, ICBC, and AMTD.
