A THREE-YEAR legal bid by Singapore’s fallen oil tycoon Lim Oon Kuin and his family to block Rajah & Tann Singapore (R&T) from acting for the court-appointed managers and liquidators of two companies under the Hin Leong group suffered a setback on Tuesday (Aug 15) after the court dismissed their appeals.
