The Court of Appeal today ruled that Kenari Maluri Sdn Bhd, a company claiming to represent the majority of Semantan Estates (1952) Sdn Bhd shareholders, is not allowed to intervene in the dispute over prime tracts of land along Jalan Duta with the government.
