The Ministry of Health is in the process of setting up a call centre to improve the monitoring process by the Covid-19 Assessment Centre (CAC), says Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. He said the call centre will receive calls from patients with symptoms to be channeled to the relevant CAC, as well as receive calls related to general inquiries on the Home Surveillance Order (HSO) and redirecting emergency calls to MERS 999 (Malaysia Emergency Response Services).
