The new feature allows users to quickly transfer NFT between Crypto.org-supported markets.
Crypto.com also intends to add multichain functionality, as well as self-custody for digital collectibles.
Crypto.org-minted digital collectibles, also known as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), are now available for on-chain withdrawals at Crypto.com/NFT. Users will be able to effortlessly move their NFTs to other Crypto.com-supported marketplaces or wallets. Transfers between the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet and the Crypto.org Chain Desktop Wallet are also included.
The news comes barely four months after Crypto.com’s NFT platform was launched. Since March, the platform has hosted NFTs, which represent exceptional original content from A-list authors. Snoop Dog, Boss Logic, Lega Serie A, KCamp, CLOUD, and others have contributed content to the project. Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com, commented on the recent development, saying, “Opening on-chain withdrawals is vital to collectors, and we’re glad this service is live.” We’re excited to introduce multichain support in the future, giving collectors more self-custody and display options.
On the Ethereum Network, NFTs are supported.
Last month, the platform revealed that its non-custodial Crypto.com DeFi Wallet would support the Ethereum network’s ERC721 and ERC1155 NFTs. Users may manage, monitor, send, and share their NFTs and DeFi tokens with the Crypto.com DeFi wallet.
Users can also manage and view their full NFT collection in one location by visiting the DeFi wallet’s dedicated ‘NFTs’ page. ‘Spotlight’ and ‘Collection’ are the two sections of the ‘NFTs’ page. Users can examine individual NFTs by dragging them to the top of the page’s ‘Spotlight’ section. They can also view more information, share, send, and showcase NFTs by simply tapping the digital collectible.
Users simply copy the wallet address from the ‘NFTs’ page to receive the NFT. The address to receive NFTs will be the same as the Ethereum address of the user. Users simply tap on the digital item, click’send,’ and enter the recipient’s wallet address when prompted to send the NFT.
