Carpet businessman Deepak Jaikishan today withdrew his appeal to include former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, and six others as third parties in a legal action pursued by the family of the late private investigator (PI) P Balasubramaniam, also known as PI Bala.
