DeStation, a pioneering NFT metadata unifier protocol, has launched the Internet of NFTs (IONFT) by establishing a core infrastructure and ecosystem to support all non-fungible tokens (NFTs), as well as their applications, systems, and other services. Smart Collectibles – NFTs – are the focus of the protocol, which will usher in a new era of the Internet.
The interoperable decentralized DeStation protocol intends to enable frictionless transfer and maintenance of NFTs and Smart Collectibles, regardless of their underlying blockchain, thanks to its multi-chain blockchain communication capabilities. DeStation expects to give liquidity to any assets held in these tokens that were previously illiquid as a result of this achievement.
Because of their use in expressing ownership of a unique virtual commodity, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have taken the globe by storm (digital art, music tracks, tweets, and so on).
Many people are unaware, however, that some NFTs, known as Smart Collectibles, can be used to access and determine ownership of any physical or digital resource (even off the blockchain), such as items, services, and event access.
A Smart Collectible is essentially a one-of-a-kind bit of code that you can save in your digital wallet and use as an access token to something valuable that only you have access to. Smart Collectibles, which have applications ranging from digital gaming and media to finance and real estate, open up a world of possibilities and usher in a new era of the Internet.
DeStation will join others in the business in making great strides in the NFT sphere with its groundbreaking technology. Some of these wonderful folks are assisting greatly in making DeStation’s idea a reality, including:

Piers Kicks from Bitkraft VC, a global early and mid-stage investment platform focused on gaming, esports, and interactive media; Matty aka DCL Blogger, a metaverse-themed media hub, newsletter, and podcast that explores and provides thought-provoking insights on virtual reality, video games, esoteric digital assets, and all things NFTs; Andrew Steinwold from Zima Red, a metaverse-themed media hub, newsletter, and podcast that explores and

Smart Collectibles are all NFTs, which means they’re non-fungible, have a traceable owner, and may be traded. Not all NFTs, however, are Smart Collectibles. This is because Smart Collectibles provide you access to additional value that isn’t stored on the blockchain.
Every NFT has the potential to become a Smart Collectible if its owner (or anybody else) decides to link ownership of it to access to additional distinctive value. Many NFTs aren’t Smart Collectibles yet, but that may change in the future if more NFT makers and owners opt to give them more value. This additional value does not have to be added completely at once; it can be added incrementally over time.
Smart Collectibles’ functionality is a major driving force behind Web 3.0. Web 3.0 aspires to create a more open Internet based on technologies like blockchain and AI, building on the foundations laid down by Web 1.0 and Web 2.0. In other words, by combining these technologies and features, consumers will regain control over their data.
Specific Smart Collectible accesses will be tokenized in the future, allowing owners to sell, lend, or duplicate pieces of a Smart Collectible while maintaining control over the underlying asset. Although the technology to do so is not currently accessible, DeStation is striving to solve the problem.
DeStation’s Background:
The Internet of NFTs, or DeStation, is an NFT universal identifier system that connects and augments all NFTs across all blockchains by leveraging common token information standards.
Its primitive token, ‘DSN,’ links blockchain-based NFT assets and other fungible assets like tokens, smart contracts, wallets, and accounts to an external, interoperable data transmission control station that is compatible with Web3, W3C, and other standards.
DeStation is constructing the infrastructure and ecosystem needed to power platforms that will deliver a modern, popular, and developer-friendly NFT experience. #IONFT
