Full-scale MCO will badly hurt vulnerable groups — Tengku Zafrul

A total of 2.8 million high-risk informal workers will lose their source of income if a full-scale Movement Control Order (MCO) is implemented, said Finance Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz.
