Purbaja Pantja, CIO, Indika Energy; President Director, PT Ilectra Motor Group (ALVA)

Purbaja Pantja is the Director and Group Chief Investment Officer of PT Indika Energy Tbk. He also serves as Commissioner and Director in subsidiaries within the Indika Energy Group, including as President Director of Ilectra Motor Group (IMG), a joint venture between Indika Energy with the Indonesia-focused venture capital firm Alpha JWC and Horizons Ventures.

IMG specialises in developing electric two-wheel vehicles under the brand name ALVA. Before Indika Energy, Pantja held leadership roles in several private equity and investment banking institutions in Singapore and Indonesia.

2. Vincent Henry Iswaratioso, Co-Founder & CEO, DANA

Vincent is the co-founder and CEO of DANA Indonesia, a leading payment and financial services platform. DANA’s mission is to further financial inclusion and literacy and forge a path to a digitalised and cashless society in Indonesia, by connecting users, merchants and financial institutions.

DANA aims to replace and digitalise the conventional wallet. Serial entrepreneur Vincent founded INDOMOG, one of the first fintech and digital payments solutions for gaming and digital goods in Southeast Asia in 2008. He also founded cloud consulting company Pointstar and a digital marketing firm Polaris.

3. Raditya Wibowo, Founder and CEO, MAKA Motors

Raditya Wibowo is the founder and CEO of MAKA Motors, an electric motorcycle startup in Indonesia. MAKA Motors aims to redefine the electric motorcycle landscape by offering products that excel in durability, power, range, and affordability.

Before starting MAKA Motors, Raditya joined Gojek as an early employee in 2015. His last role at Gojek was as Chief Transportation Officer, responsible for managing the global transportation business and looking out for the Gojek drivers.

4. Dharu Estiningrum, President Director, Honest

Dharu Estiningrum is an accomplished professional in the field of credit cards with over a decade of experience in the payment systems and retail banking industry in Indonesia. Before joining Honest, Dharu’s last position at Bank Mandiri was as the Head of Product Management, where she led a team in developing products and loyalty platforms for consumer and commercial segments.

Honest, which was established in 2019, raised at least $27.2 million in its Series A round from Insignia Ventures Partners, London-based venture firm Digital Horizon, Global Founders Capital, and San Francisco-based XYZ Venture Capital. It recently raised $18 million from Japanese consumer finance company and existing investor Orient Corporation as part of its Series B round.

5. Ankur Mehrotra, Group President, JULO 

Ankur is the Group President of JULO, a consumer finance and fintech firm, where he is responsible for corporate development activities, including strategic partnerships & investments, finance & accounting, investor relations and group strategy. JULO’s last funding round was in April 2022 when the company raised $80 million from the Japanese financial company Credit Saison.

The deal comprised $30 million in equity investment and $50 million in debt funding. Ankur has over 20 years of experience in finance and in building new businesses across Asia, North America, and Europe. He joined Grab at an early stage in 2016 and founded multiple fintech businesses at Grab, including its lending and insure-tech businesses, and grew them to over $1.5 billion in asset size. He is an angel investor and invests widely in people who are solving problems in the food and fintech space.
