Michele Merlo, Crazy Pizza’s Assistant General Manager, has been on and off the furlough plan for the past 15 months, like many others. He’s had difficulties, but says he “wouldn’t mind going back to furlough if it’s really necessary, just to make sure everyone is secure.” For the time being, he’s back at work in London and wants to inspire people to be positive, particularly in the hospitality industry.
