GoColors, a women’s wear brand, is planning an initial public offering (IPO) to raise $800-1,000 crore, joining apparel retailers such as Manyavar and FabIndia in lining up initial share sales to bolster their balance sheets, provide an exit to investors, and tap market appetite for such stocks, according to two people familiar with the development.
