BENGALURU: Infosys Ltd, an Indian software services firm, reported a 22.7 percent increase in quarterly profit on Wednesday, as it secured more contracts from worldwide companies looking to extend their digital services during the epidemic. In the three months to June 30, the country’s second-largest IT services firm by revenue increased its consolidated net profit to 51.95 billion rupees (US$696.89 million) from a year earlier, while revenue from operations increased 17.9% to 278.96 billion rupees.
