Southeast Asian alternative asset manager Indies Capital Partners has raised at least $15 million so far for its fourth credit fund from a US investor, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The filing showed that an investor has committed the amount for Indies Special Opportunities IV, a Southeast Asia-focused credit fund launched in June. SEC filings typically reflect funds raised from US investors alone. The total capital gathered by the vehicle could be higher.
