LABUAN, -A +A (July 6): The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has published Operational Guidelines No.3/2021 on its official website, which describes how to apply for a Tax Completion Letter for Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP), and Labuan Entities (Labuan Companies and LLPs).
The instructions can be found at www.hasil.gov.my, under Legislation > Operational Guidelines, or by clicking the quick link http://phl.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfam/GPO 3 2021.pdf, according to a statement to Bernama today.
The guidelines replace Operational Guidelines No.2/2019, which were published on November 12, 2019.
