PROXY advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) on Tuesday (May 9) backed ValueAct Capital’s boardroom challenge at Japanese convenience store operator Seven & i Holdings by recommending shareholders elect all four of the US investment firm’s director candidates.
