TOKYO — A fire broke out on a Japan Airlines plane at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport on Tuesday evening.
Television footage showed a large blaze on the runway. The plane is JAL flight 516 from Shin-Chitose Airport on the country’s northern island of Hokkaido.
