TOKYO — Tokyo-based Pocketalk, a developer of mobile translation devices, is planning an initial public offering and listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s prime market in 2025, Nikkei has learned.

The company is looking to capitalize at around 100 billion yen ($676 million) as demand for its products grows among tourists, foreigners and the service sector.
