UEM Sunrise unveiled its RM350 million KAIA Heights development, which is situated in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan, in conjunction with its Riang Ria Raya Ceria campaign. In a press statement, the developer highlighted that the campaign offers benefits under the Home Ownership Campaign (ends May 31) such as duit raya, vouchers, and lucky dip goodies worth up to RM10,000. The Riang Ria Raya Ceria campaign ends on June 30.
