The Government will be responsible for ensuring that incidents such as the Light Rail Transit (LRT) train collision do not happen again, said Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. Speaking to Bernama, he said the Government takes a serious view of the incident involving the two LRT trains which collided on Monday and will ensure that a thorough investigation is carried out to find out the cause of the accident.
