Malaysia aspires to be carbon neutral nation, says Mustapa

Malaysia aspires to become a carbon-neutral nation in the future as it views climate change and sustainability as an issue of high significance, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said today.
