KUALA LUMPUR, 14 JULY: For the second day in a row, Malaysia’s daily Covid-19 vaccination rate surpassed 400,000 doses, with 424,541 doses delivered yesterday (July 13), up from 421,479 doses the day before. According to tweets from the Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee Special Committee (JKJAV), which cited statistics from the Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force, 260,286 vaccine doses were supplied to first-dose recipients, while the remaining 164,255 doses were given to second-dose recipients (CITF).
The seven-day moving average of Covid-19 immunization in the country increased to 364,602 doses from 352,530 doses the day before due to the rise in doses administered.
Selangor, with 72,644 daily shots for first doses on Tuesday, had the greatest number of states and federal territories, followed by Kuala Lumpur (47,244) and Sarawak (47,244). (24,381).
Sarawak had the most daily second dosages, with 52,551 provided, followed by Selangor with 25,696 and Kuala Lumpur with 25,690. (23,707).
