KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (July 5): According to Malaysia’s Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, there were 6,387 new Covid-19 cases today, up from 6,045 the day before.
The overall number of infections in the country now stands at 785,039.
Selangor continues to have the most new infections (2,610), followed by Kuala Lumpur (819), and Negeri Sembilan (819). (523).
Sarawak (424), Johor (324), Pahang (312), Kedah (273), Sabah (263), Perak (249), Melaka (206), Penang (157), and Kelantan (157) are the other states having three-digit new cases (114).
