The Selangor Islamic Religion Standing Committee has set a new set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mosques and surau in six districts in the state, which have been placed under the movement control order (MCO 3.0), namely Petaling, Hulu Langat, Gombak, Klang, Sepang and Kuala Langat.
