For its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, Microsoft (ticker: MSFT) posted revenue of $41.7 billion, up 19% from a year ago, and ahead of the Wall Street consensus of $41 billion. Microsoft exceeded the midpoint of its own guidance ranges on all three of its business segments.
