MOSCOW: According to the Interfax news agency, Russia has not received any communication from the US regarding a sophisticated ransomware attack that impacted hundreds of American organizations and led to suspicions of Russian gang involvement. The attack, according to security firm Huntress Labs, was carried out by the Russia-linked REvil ransomware organization. President Joe Biden has ordered an investigation by US intelligence agencies.
