STOCKHOLM: Nokia said on Tuesday that business perked up in the second quarter, and it expects to improve its full-year outlook. In a statement, CEO Pekka Lundmark said, “Our first half performance has showed proof of this in solid cost control and also benefited from strength in a number of our end markets.”
The telecom equipment company had previously forecast net sales of between 20.6 billion euros (US$24.43 billion) and 21.8 billion euros in 2021, which it will update on July 29 when it reports second-quarter results.
