LONDON: As it eases back on its output limitations, OPEC+ is looking to inject roughly 2 million barrels per day (bpd) of oil to the market between August and December, according to an OPEC+ source. According to the source, monthly increases would be less than 0.5 million bpd.
According to the first source and another OPEC+ source, Saudi Arabia and Russia, the OPEC+ alliance’s main producers, have reached a preliminary agreement on a contract to increase oil supply starting in August.
