BERLIN, Sept 12 (Reuters) – Germany’s Renk, which makes gear boxes for tanks, is seeking a free float that will ensure stock liquidity when it goes public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange later this year, Renk CFO Christian Schulz said on Tuesday.

Schulz said discussions with investors were ongoing, and that it was still too early to talk about a valuation.

“We will have new insights in the next three weeks,” he said.
