Republican Capito says infrastructure deal unlikely on Tuesday, could come later

U.S. Republican Senator Shelley Moore Capito said she does not expect to reach agreement on an infrastructure deal with Democratic President Joe Biden on Tuesday, but she does think a deal can be reached at some point.
